Hijama (cupping)
Aaj ham baat karenege hijama ke bare me jisko (cupping) bhi kehte hai —hijama sunnah hai
Hijama me hamare sar se back (pith) se blood nikala jata hai jo kharab hota hai wo
is se bohot sari bimario se chhutkara paya ja sakta hai
Jaise sar pe hijama karwane se blood flow improve hota hai aur balo ki jhadne ki samasya jaise anek bimariya bhi dur ho jati hai
sabse achhi baat ye hai hijama karane ka is se koi nuksan ya side effect nahi hota

Aapko iske bare me aur jankari chahiye to aap google search’ ya youtube par videos bhi dekh sakte hai
agar aap balo ke jhadne se pareshan rahete hain aur tarah tarah ki chije try katre rahete hain to aapko bata de ki pani bhi hamare balo ko kharab [damage] kar sakti hai din bhar me jo hamare scalp pe dhul mitti jami hoti hai to ham use nahakar to saaf karte hi hain par ye nshi dekhte ki jo pani ham istemal kar rahe hain wo kaisa hai …. pani do tarah ke hote ha… hard water aur soft water
1 . hard water = jo ki balo ko kharab [damage] karti hai khaskar unko jinke bal patle hote hai
2. soft water = jo balo ke liye achhe hote hai jinse hame nahana chahiye aur ye hamare skin ke ke liye bhi kafi achhe hote hai …..
kaise pata kare hamara pani hard hai ya soft vaise pata karne ka ek TDS meter ata hai aap amazon ki site par jaiye waha se search kar ke aap kharid sakte ho ya fir ek aur tarika hai check karne ka aap ek jag me pani bharo usme sabun kuch der tak malo agar pani se jhag nahi banta to samajh lo hard water hai agar jhag bana to samajh lo soft water jo ki aap istemal kar sakte ho nahane ke lie
hamari ye choti si information aap ko kaisi lagi agar achhi lagi ho to plz comment karna mat bhulna post padhne ke liye shukriya aapka
have a good day thank you
wajan ek tarike se itni aasani se nahi badh jata k aapne wajan badhane ka socha aur
khane me hi lag gai kuch bhi ..aur bad me sochne lagte hai ki ham itna khate hai par fir bhi hamara wajan nahi badhta ya fir itna jada kha hi nahi pate …
wajan badhane ke liye pahele aapko dekhna hoga k aapko kya khana chahiye mai aaapko wajan badhane ke kuch ayse 5 tarike batata hu jis se aap apna wajan badha sakte hai …
1. aapko wo food khana hoga jisme calories jada matra me ho. aap google par search kar sakte hai ki kis kis food me jada matra me calorie hoti hai aap us ko khaye

2. gym join kar le bahot log ese bhi hote hai jo foods to jada khana start kar lete hai par wajan nahi badhta to un logo ko gym karna chahiye jab aap gym me paseena bahaoge tab aapko bhuk bhi jada lagegi aur aap achhe se kha bhi paoge

3.sab se pahele aapko neend par focus karna hoga ki aapki neend kaisi hai Qki neend bahot jaruri hai aap ko pata hi hoga jo bhi aap khate ho gym me paseena bahate ho

ye sab tabhi kaam karta hai jab aapki neend achhi ho

You’re going to publish a post today. Don’t worry about how your blog looks. Don’t worry if you haven’t given it a name yet, or you’re feeling overwhelmed. Just click the “New Post” button, and tell us why you’re here.
Why do this?
The post can be short or long, a personal intro to your life or a bloggy mission statement, a manifesto for the future or a simple outline of your the types of things you hope to publish.
To help you get started, here are a few questions:
You’re not locked into any of this; one of the wonderful things about blogs is how they constantly evolve as we learn, grow, and interact with one another — but it’s good to know where and why you started, and articulating your goals may just give you a few other post ideas.
Can’t think how to get started? Just write the first thing that pops into your head. Anne Lamott, author of a book on writing we love, says that you need to give yourself permission to write a “crappy first draft”. Anne makes a great point — just start writing, and worry about editing it later.
When you’re ready to publish, give your post three to five tags that describe your blog’s focus — writing, photography, fiction, parenting, food, cars, movies, sports, whatever. These tags will help others who care about your topics find you in the Reader. Make sure one of the tags is “zerotohero,” so other new bloggers can find you, too.
